Raisa lived in Los Angeles with her parents. Irlanda Almendarez, and Italia Almendarez are her sisters. Her first name, Francia, is Italian which means France. Italia, The Italian name used for Italy is also Irlanda. Her mother, Virginia Almendarez has Mexican roots as does her father Renan, has roots in Honduras.
